All Hallow’s Eve…Not Conducive to the Diet

by Camille on October 31, 2011

Some people have their favorite holidays.  I just have my favorite holiday traditions!  Every holiday is an excuse to spend time with family and remove ourselves from the “real world” for a little celebration of sorts.

Halloween is one of said holidays.  And the following are some of said traditions:

Of course, we dress up in costumes… (today’s costumes came compliments of Aunt Jill’s old dance recitals)

…carve pumpkins…

….Read Halloween stories with the favorite aunt (I’ve been replaced!)…

…So I slipped away to the kitchen to help with the favorite tradition. One for you, one for me….one for you, one for me…

And I’ll wonder why my wedding dress won’t fit in TWO WEEKS!!!

Happy Halloween Friends. May your traditions be just as enjoyable, tasty and “diet-friendly” as ours!

Are you sure it wasn’t one for you, two for me? Thanks for spending all that time in the kitchen. It made for some good donuts and good time for me with the kids.

Uh……….I want a donut!
Looks like some slimey fun with those pumpkin seeds.

So is it a big deal if the wedding dress doesn’t fit in two weeks?

Who is this favorite aunt?! How dare she! ;) That is your little brother’s wife right? I think I met her one time. Looks fun!
