Whoever invented peanut butter, Bless you.
It wasn’t until recently that I realized how much my diet includes the spreadable product. We use it so often and in many forms:
PB sandwiches are best for travelling or picnicking and always our first choice.
Every Thanksgiving, a family tradition includes celery sticks filled with peanut butter on the menu. However, at the end of the meal, each plate is graced with an empty celery stalk and peanut butter residue.
My 5 year old will not each pancakes or waffles without a layer of it. A thick layer. Sadly, IHOP doesn’t offer peanut butter with their pancakes. We learned that the hard way.
A friend of mine eats it religiously on a daily basis for lunch.
Personally, I prefer mine in the form of a brownie with chocolate frosting, or mixed in a “love it” size bowl of chocolate ice cream, or enveloped by a layer of chocolate candy. I’m not picky.
But, recently, after reading a survey of the best peanut butters, my eyes were open to other variations and recipes for the peanut butter lover and then I realized how many other bloggers were sharing their favorite recipes :

Thanks for linking to me. I must say that we drink those smoothies at least once a week (usually Saturday mornings). They’re addicting!

Count your blessings that you can even EAT peanut butter. My son is allergic. It is sad and hard. There are so many YUMMY options with peanut butter!

Super chunk and anything that will hold still long enough to get some spread on it!
Love PB cookies and also PB cups that are homemade. Want the recipe? Better than Reese’s anyday of the week.

We love it in my classic peanut butter cookies, by the spoonful, on PB & honey or PB & jelly sandwiches, spread on a tortilla and rolled up, or by the spoonful. (Did I already say that?!?!)

I don’t know if this counts, but bring on the Reese’s peanut butter cups baby!

I have peanut butter brownies in the oven as I’m reading. All the nice protein, along with tons of sugar and fat. I gotta check out all those recipe links!

I have a slight obsession with peanut butter. When I was pregnant I would drive home from work fantasizing about it. Even now that I’m not pregnant I eat it all the time. I think I’ve had a peanut butter and honey sandwich every day this week. My day doesn’t feel complete without one! I was happy to see I’m not the only one in love with PB

We go through so much peanut butter in our house! I, in particular, love the stuff.
For awhile there, my 3-year-old and I were making peanut butter balls at least once a week. Simple. Fun to Make. And…Oh-So-Good.
